A typical renovation is divided into several steps:
1、 Install flower plates, baffles, and gas diversion systems. Some renovations may involve modifications to pipelines and air inlets and outlets to achieve optimal results. If the clean air chamber is installed outside the structure, it should also be completed in this step.
2、 Remove various components inside the electrostatic precipitator. Including pole lines, pole plates, vibration systems, transformers, upper and lower frames, porous plates, and so on. Usually, all working components should be removed, leaving only an empty shell.
3、 Install entrance holes, walkways, and escalators. Install access holes, walkways, and escalators based on the location of the clean air chamber and passages.
4、 Install the filter element. The selection of filter elements for bag dust collectors is crucial, mainly depending on the air volume, airflow temperature, dust collector size, installation and usage requirements, and price cost. The selection of appropriate filtering elements plays a crucial role in the success or failure of the entire project. Without suitable filtering media, the modified bag filter may not necessarily be superior to the original electrostatic precipitator.
